Michael Tillmann

Chairman

Mr Tillmann has over 25 years of experience in senior executive and supervisory board positions for multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. He held the position of President & CEO for Roche Diagnostics in North America and before that in the Asia Pacific and Europe. Mr Tillmann also founded a PCR company, Vela Diagnostics with the vision of establishing the company as a global provider of integrated diagnostics solutions that address individual customer needs in molecular diagnostics focused on PCR and NGS.

Prior to the Roche assignments, Mr Tillmann was Managing Director of the start-up company Artus GmbH, which was later acquired by Qiagen. Mr Tillmann started his career in a pharmaceutical trading house, Holstein GmbH, as Managing Director, representing over 20 principals in Japan and South East Asia. Mr. Tillmann is also an active entrepreneur, supporting companies as an investor and advisor. He supports companies in its strategic positioning, including fund raising and M&A activities, raising in his career close to USD500 million in funding and accompanied multiple companies exits from trade sales to listings.

Ryan James Lim

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Lim is a seasoned entrepreneur despite his young age, having started his first company at 19. Prior to Kyberlife, Mr Lim ran an e-commerce marketplace start-up for B2C users in the cosmetics industry whose technology was absorbed into Kyberlife. Mr Lim is trained in Chemistry, Biomedical & Pharmaceutical science; with a history in the healthcare industry, working as a research and surgical assistant in 6 different hospitals across 3 different countries.

At the age of 16, he was thrown into the pharmaceutical corporate world, and also served as a research staff at the Metabolomics Facility of Duke-NUS Medical School where he worked on analyzing metabolites in individual samples from experimental organisms or in patients and studying both experimental animal models of metabolic diseases. Prior to Duke-NUS, Mr Lim served as a surgical resident in Shanghai Renji Hospital and was a prominent photography producer in Singapore that was invited to be featured for Today at Apple and other publications. He is also a passionate volunteer for The Giving Tree and The Origami Project in collaboration with St. Luke's Eldercare.

Associate Professor Jeremy Lim (MD,MPH)

Board Director

Dr Lim is currently the CEO of a microbiome company, AMiLi and advises senior officials at public sector agencies. He has extensive experience consulting and advising multinational private and NGO clients on national and regional strategies for go-to-market plans and implementation, government engagement and public-private partnerships. Dr. Jeremy holds appointments at (Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, and Duke-NUS medical school).

Dr Jeremy also served as a partner in Oliver Wyman's Health and Life-Science practice and was the CEO of Fortis Colorectal Hospital. He has worked in senior executive roles in both public and private sectors, including time spent as a senior official in the Ministry of Health where he was also involved in a number of ‘Whole of Government’ initiatives. Dr. Jeremy chairs the steering committee of NIHA (NUS Initiative to Improve Health in Asia), and sits on the Behavioral Sciences Institute SMU, Centre for Health Informatics (NUS) and Next Age Institute (NUS) advisory boards.

He also contributes as immediate past President of the Fulbright Association and convener for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Singapore alumni. Dr. Jeremy enjoys serving in the NGO sector, the medical advisory committee of Dover Park Hospice and regionally is a Member of the ‘Save the Children’ Asia Corporate Advisory Council. He is also a volunteer physician with HealthServe.

Bernd Lepper

Board Director

With over 25 years of professional sales, marketing, logistics and general management experience, Mr. Lepper is the Founder and CEO of Intega Health. Prior to Intega, he held multiple senior executive positions in DKSH (DiethelmKellerSiberHegner) with the last role held as the Regional Vice President of Healthcare.

He was responsible for leading the Healthcare organizations in SEA to Implement Market Expansion Services and attracting >200 Healthcare companies as new business partners for Market Entry; with coverage of the Pharmaceutical, OTC/Consumer Health, Medical Devices & Supplies, Dental, Ophthalmology and Companion Animal Health segments. Mr Lepper also has a track record in emerging pharmaceutical markets in Russia and SEA where he was the Managing Director of Sanofi-Aventis Indonesia, CFO of Aventis Pharma Thailand and Area Manager of the Eastern Europe Pharma Division of Hoechst AG.

Assistant Professor Ching, Jianhong (PHD)

Chief Science Advisor

Dr Ching is an experienced researcher who has led several large and small clinical cohort metabolomics screens and analysis with Duke-NUS, NUS, ASTAR and major hospitals in Singapore (SGH, NUH, KTPH, KKH, CGH). Trained in Duke University in 2012, he has since participated and advised in metabolomics work of various fields including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease, cancer and also industrial related projects.

Many of these projects have required him to establish innovative method development and adaptation of new technologies. At DUKE-NUS, Dr Ching built and grew the lab from a start-up facility in 2011 to a mature self-financing 6-mass spec strong lab today. Dr Ching also serves as a Joint scientist for the KK Women's & Children's hospital, and also regularly advises the Singapore food Agency on metabolomic properties in Novel Foods.

Lin Ge

Chief Technology Advisor

Mr Lin is currently serving as the chief technology advisor for Kyberlife. He currently serves as the Managing Director of 10Tacle and EagleVision Solutions and Engineering where he works on deep integrations on the market, enabling customized solutions for customers with video surveillance, single sign-on, alarms, identity systems, visitor management and more, with any solution being built by their open API. He has also worked on multiple government technology projects and projects with numerous established companies in Singapore.

James Lim

Chief Logistics & Freight Advisor

Mr Lim has over 39 years of experience spent in senior executive and board positions for Freight and Logistics from start-ups to multinational companies. He held the position of Country Manager at Eagle Global Logistics in Singapore that dealt with corporations such as IBM, Hewlett Packard and SMT Offshore and Gas. Prior to Eagle, he was also the country manager and air-freight director of Concord Express and Circle Logistics Inc. that spearheaded and supported accounts from Compaq Computers (Hitachi/HP), Quantum Disk Drives, 3M, Micropolis and Miniscribe.

Mr Lim is also an active entrepreneur, building his freight company Alliance Global Logistics and SEKO's Singapore station for the past 10 years having a strong relationship with Roche, Chevron Oil and Gas. Mr Lim then sold his business to private equity (Samena Group) and has since been advising SME's and startups during his free time.

Sven Henrichwark

Mr Henrichwark leads SPRIM Ventures initiatives in Medtech. Sven has 20 years of operational leadership experience in the biotech, life science and medical technology industries with a successful track record as COO, CMO and GM of businesses at $1B/>1000FTE level and as a CEO at the $50-100M level. With over 10 years experience working in the US, Europe and Asia respectively, Sven has a global perspective and is passionate about bringing people and ideas together to build great businesses and teams. 

CBDO & Global Channel Advisor

Prior to SPRIM, he served as the executive vice president of APAC for AVANTOR/VWR, one of the largest laboratory product distributors internationally. Prior to joining VWR, Sven was the CEO of Echosens, Global Commercial GM of GE Life Sciences Bioprocess, Service GM and COO of GE Healthcare in Asia Pacific and the CMO of GE Life Sciences. In the earlier part of his career, Sven worked for the Monitor Group in LA and Paris and as a product manager for Incyte Genomics in the Bay Area.

Frank Albrecht

Europe Channel Lead

Mr Albrecht is currently serving as the Head representative for Kyberlife Germany (EU). He is a versatile, senior executive with broad-based general management, commercial and brand development experience in Europe and the Asia Pacific. Mr Albrecht has unique expertise in B2B business development and sales operations of automotive, luxury and technical products, with a 10+ year career with iconic luxury motorcycle brand, Harley-Davidson Motor Company while serving as Asia-Pacific's Sales Director.

Prior to Harley-Davidson, he was the General Manager to Achelis (H.K.) Limited and later Pacific Alliance Group focusing on investments, commercialisation and consulting. Mr Albrecht was the MD for FA Biotech Consult in pairing with his role as a member of the German Chamber of Commerce followed by being a member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Wesley Lim

China Channel Lead

Mr Lim is currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Distribution (SEA/China) for Kyberlife. Prior to Kyberlife, Mr Lim ran an e-commerce marketplace start-up with his fellow co-founder Ryan for B2C users in the cosmetics industry whose technology was absorbed into Kyberlife. Mr Lim comes from a background of business and law and had a developed strong acumen running his family business that focuses on construction, development and industrial property management spanning China and the South-East Asian continent.

Gladys Aw

Product and Design Lead

Having been educated in different design disciplines over the past 10 years and coupled with a strong background in design, Ms Aw is currently in charge of Kyberlife's product and design department, she is well versed in various design softwares such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and more. Ms Aw leverages her experience as a former flight stewardess with Singapore Airlines to listen, adapt and empathise with users in order to create a product which not only meets the needs of the latter but also, encompasses Kyberlife's mission as well as vision. As Kyberlife's product lead, Ms Aw has been wholly involved with the ideation, creation, design and development of the Kyberlife platform.

Joel Koh

Technology and Development Lead

As Kyberlife's technology lead, Mr Koh is currently in charge of building and developing the Kyberlife platform. With over 6 years of experience as a technical lead and a full-stack web developer, Mr Koh is well versed in ReactJS, NodeJS, Javascript, HTML and CSS. He leads a Singapore based team of very experienced software engineers and has supported software projects across financial, healthcare and retail industries such as United Overseas Bank (UOB), Singapore Shipping Association, International Cancer Specialists and more.

Aletheia Ng

Commercial Lead

Ms Ng is currently the commercial lead to Kyberlife. Prior to Kyberlife, she studied computing science for 6 years majoring in data analytics. She also specialised in marketing and tech agencies working with large clients such as Seiko, NKF, Courts, pink dolphin and protrim. Ms Ng is well versed with software tools and languages such as photoshop, figma.io, SAS predictive analysis, R studios, SQL database, java. Currently the CMO/CTO of DK naval technologies working on site dev and marketing as well as overseas partnerships, handling social media management on the side for smaller brands, she also started her own start-up building edutech kits for children that combines robotics and programming.

Stella Loo

UX/UI Designer

With a background in business management, Ms Loo started her own e-commerce marketplace for gift sourcing. She began her design journey while she was running her own startup as she could not find the right designers who would align with her vision. Ms Loo brings with her 3 years of UX/UI Design experience and is well versed in design softwares such as Figma. She also works closely with Ms Aw, to design and develop the Kyberlife marketplace.

Olivia Choo

Marketing Manager

Albeit coming from an accounting background, Ms Choo has pivoted into the operations department as she hopes to gain more experience in various departments. She is in charge of Kyberlife's operations. She uses her meticulous and organised skills to her advantage. As Kyberlife's platform continues to grow, our operations have been scaling accordingly and Ms Choo has handled this without worry. Ms Choo works closely with our CEO, Ryan, as well as many members from our team to ensure that Kyberlife's operations run smoothly.

Ng Jun Zhe

Operations Manager

Mr Ng is part of Kyberlife's operations team and hopes to gain exposure and experience in this industry. He is currently a student majoring in Data Science and wishes to use his analytical skills to contribute to Kyberlife's market research. Having worked as a sales associate at Adidas and samsung before, Mr Ng wishes to capitalise the communication skills he picked up to bring in more suppliers. Mr Ng works closely with the CEO Ryan and the operations team to ensure Kyberlife operations stay efficient.

Operations Executive

Having recently graduated from NUS High School with a strong foundation in economics and the sciences, Mr Leong has interned in Kyberlife to obtain work experience in this area. With accomplishments in economics, mathematics and physics competitions, Mr Leong aims to bring his meticulous and analytical approach to contribute to market research and product development. Mr Leong works closely with the CEO, Mr Ryan and other members of the operations department to ensure smooth operations in the development of Kyberlife.

Ng Yee Zher

Operations Executive

Being the youngest member of the operations team, Mr Ng hopes to gain exposure in such a sector and learn various skills essential to succeed. Coming from NUS high and with a background in Biological Sciences, Mr Ng applies his knowledge to expand Kyberlife's networking ability. Having worked as a Lifeguard at OCBC Aquatic Centre and sales representative at Shanghai Uniforms, Mr Ng leverages these experiences to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Mr Ng works closely with the CEO, Ryan and the operations team to ensure Kyberlife operations stay efficient.
